Baron O’Brien, National Business Retail Development Manager

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is further expanding its Retail leadership team with the addition of Baron O’Brien, National Retail Business Development Manager.  

Baron is 30-year mortgage veteran and has worked for lenders such as New American Funding, Prospect Mortgage, IndyMac Bank, American Home Mortgage to name a few. After graduating from USC’s School of Business in 1989, O’Brien entered the industry as a loan originator. A quick study, he was named Rookie of the Year at Plaza Funding and continued to excel as an originator throughout his career. In 2001, O’Brien made the transition from origination to training, recruiting and ultimately, business development. His focus has been on talent acquisition for 18 years, primarily focusing on helping talented originators make the most of their careers in the best company for them.

As PRMG’s National Retail Business Development Manager, O’Brien will be recruiting into existing and new PRMG Retail Branches throughout the nation.
