/California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has been selected as one of NAMMBA’s 2018 Best Places to Work for Women and Minorities in the Mortgage Industry!

The National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA) is a national trade association dedicated to the enrichment and betterment of minorities and women who work in the mortgage industry. NAMMBA’s mission is to increase the engagement of minorities and women in the Mortgage Banking Industry at the local, state and national level.
PRMG has been providing opportunities for growth and enrichment to its employees since it first opened its doors. Most recently, PRMG held its Inaugural Women Advisory Council Meeting. Christine Beckwith was the first speaker and holds the position of acting chairperson for the committee. The goal of the council is to provide a forum to kickstart careers, remove barriers and make progress together. In addition, several of PRMG’s Top Producers and Senior Management team are women and minorities, who all contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the company.
