PRMG Retail Further Expands its West Coast Region and is Open for Business in Thousand Oaks, CA!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its West Coast region by opening their new retail location at 223 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Suite 103, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.

The newest location will be managed by nearly twenty-nine-year mortgage specialist; Phil Williams and nearly ten-year mortgage guru; Troy Williams.

Phil has worked for such lenders as Cal Fed, Wells Fargo, and Finance of America to name a few! With Cal Fed, Phil received multiple President Club and Chairman’s Circle awards. After joining Wells Fargo, he was promoted to Branch Manager. During his fourteen years with Wells Fargo, Phil received awards for “Outstanding Branch Loan Production” as well as “Top Branch” for customer experience.

Troy has worked for such lenders as Finance of America, Skyline Home Loans, and Prospect Mortgage. Troy was also featured in “40 Under 40 to Watch” in Mortgage Executive Magazine. Troy helped double his loan officers’ production during his first year as a manager in 2016 and has received “Customer Excellence” awards for having top customer service reviews.

Phil and Troy will report to PRMG Regional Manager; Marlene Hoover and will have the support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production; Chris Sorensen.

The new PRMG Thousand Oaks location will open with an experienced team of Loan Officers and Processors, who are ready to assist local business partners close their loans on time. The new location is also looking for Motivated Loan Originators to support the PRMG mission to being “Progressively Better in All that We Do”.
