PRMG Retail Further Expands its East Coast Region and is Open for Business in Annandale, VA!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its East Coast region by opening their new retail location at 7535 Little River Turnpike, 101-B, Annandale, VA 22003.

The newest location will be managed by twenty-seven-year mortgage specialist; Terry Green.  Terry has worked for such lenders as Carrington Mortgage, CrossCountry Mortgage, and Allied Home Mortgage to name a few!

Terry has had a successful career in the mortgage industry and has earned multiple Top Producer awards as a branch manager. Since 1992, Terry has helped 2,500 first-time home buyers purchase their dream homes and has closed over 10,000 loans. Terry also provides Reverse Mortgage Seminars that which over 3,000 seniors have attended.

“PRMG has more programs available than any other mortgage company I have seen. It will be a lot easier to help more first-time home buyers purchase their first home,” said Terry.

Terry Green will report to PRMG Regional Manager; Jeff Peveto and will have the support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production; Chris Sorensen.

The new PRMG Annandale location will open with an experienced team of Loan Officers and Processors, who are ready to assist local business partners close their loans on time.
