PRMG Retail Further Expands its Southeast Region and Opens New Location in Cape Coral, FL!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its Southeast region by opening their new retail location on 303 NE 3rd Avenue, Cape Coral, Florida 33909.

The newest location will be managed by six-year mortgage veteran; Vanessa Ng and six-year mortgage veteran; Stephanie Adams. Vanessa and Stephanie have worked for such lenders as 1st Financial, PRMI, CrossCountry Mortgage, and Residential Finance to name a few!

Vanessa gained the title of Top Sales Producer at CrossCountry Mortgage and was Branch Manager of PRMG’s Tampa, FL location. Vanessa goes into her new role as Cape Coral’s Branch Manager stating, “Passion + Production = Performance”.

Stephanie also gained her experience in PRMG’s Tampa, FL location as Branch Sales Manager. In her new role in the Cape Coral location, her goal is to grow her team with the current trends in the industry. “My style is ever evolving. My style is tomorrow” said Stephanie.

Both Vanessa and Stephanie will report to PRMG Regional Manager, Charlie Suarez and will have the support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production; Chris Sorensen.
