PRMG Retail Continues to Expand its East Coast Region and is Now Open for Business in Union, NJ!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its East Coast region by opening their new retail location on 1496 Morris Avenue, Suite 1 & 2, Union, NJ 07083.

The newest location will be managed by the team-spirited, twenty-two-year mortgage guru; Alexander Cardoso and twenty-one-year mortgage veteran; Rene Cuesta.

Alexander has worked for such lenders as Summit Mortgage Corporation, Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation, and iServer Residential Lending. Willing to step up, Alexander dedicated the majority of his early career to doing FHA loans. This quickly propelled him to earning the position of 203k specialist at his previous branch.

Rene has worked for such lenders as Guaranteed Rate Mortgage, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and American Home Mortgage to name a few! Rene is a ten-time-nominated five star mortgage professional with NJ Monthly Magazine. He is also a President’s Club member and has been awarded countless accolades from various Hispanic organizations as well as being a distinguished mortgage coach.

Rene is enthused to be a new part of the PRMG family and brings along his motto, “Strive to be the best in what we do”.

Alexander and Rene will report to PRMG Regional Manager, Ryan Goldsmith and will have the support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production; Chris Sorensen.

The new PRMG Union location will open with an experienced team of Loan Officers and Processors, who are ready to assist local business partners close their loans on time.
