PRMG Named in the Tampa Bay Times as a Top Workplace for 2021!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is honored by Tampa Bay Times as a Top Workplace for 2021 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Amongst the many other accolades possessed by PRMG, this is a first time win for this award.

The Tampa Bay companies chosen for this award were determined through employee surveys conducted by Energage. The survey tracked 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: career growth, pay and benefits, communication, leadership, working environment, and managerial skills to name a few.
