California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) continues to show why it is progressively Better! Two PRMG Branch managers have been included in Scotsman Guides 2018 Top Originators list.

Several aspects were considered to qualify for this coveted award, including top dollar volume, units closed, purchase or refinance and loan type. Scotsman Guide mentions that while the U.S. economy remained strong and the unemployment rate remained low, there were higher interest rates and an inventory shortage for originators to tackle which resulted in a challenging year. Nonetheless, originators throughout the nation managed to take on a home purchase market and excel.

PRMG’s very own Ben Anderson, PRMG Irvine Branch Manager and Jordan Vreeland, PRMG Tampa Branch Manager were among Scotsman Guide’s 2018 Top Originators. Anderson was ranked with 310 units closed and over $117 million in volume. Vreeland was ranked with 298 units and nearly $71 million in volume.
