PRMG Adds Gian Russo as Product Manager Non-QM!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is further expanding its leadership team with the addition of Gian Russo, Product Manager Non-QM.

Gian is 22-year mortgage veteran starting his career after attaining his BA in Finance and spending a few years on Wall Street doing international and Domestic M&A research and analysis. Since then, his career has been as a senior executive professional in several mortgage banking companies such as GE Capital (FKA Weyerhaeuser Mortgage), Prospect Mortgage, owned by Sterling Capital Partners, The Money Source and Equity Prime Mortgage. He has considerable experience in developing Non-Agency loan programs and technology solutions. His expertise is in expanding and growing Companies and Divisions including Correspondent lending flow and bulk, Retail, Wholesale, Non-Delegated, Operations and Capital Markets for PE firms, VC firms, I-banks and privately held companies.

As PRMG’s Product Manager Non-QM, Russo will be responsible for the expansion of Non-QM products across all three origination channels: Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent as well as collaborating with Operations to streamline training, investor relations, capital markets, marketing and sales.
