PRMG Retail Expands its Mid-Atlantic Region and is Open for Business in Point Pleasant, WV!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is expanding its Mid-Atlantic region by opening a new retail location at 201 A 6th Street, Point Pleasant, WV 25550.

The newest location will be managed by Jeff Peveto with the assistance of Mortgage Loan Originator, Jim Tatterson, who has over eight successful years in the industry. He has worked for previous companies such as First State Bank, Element Funding, DHI Mortgage, and Summit Mortgage. 

Tatterson has been involved in real estate, construction management and mortgage lending for the past 30 years. In Charlotte, NC he originated mortgage loans for PNC Bank for several years in the 1990’s before choosing a different career path in construction management.  After almost 20 years in construction management he elected to renew his interest in helping people to live the American dream and reentered the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage loan originator working with Summit Mortgage in Orlando, FL.

After moving back to Charlotte, NC Tatterson worked with DHI Mortgage originating loans for America’s number one homebuilder, D.R. Horton Homes serving the people of North and South Carolina.  After over 40 years of being away, he moved back to his home state of WV and his hometown of Point Pleasant.

“After previously serving customers in Florida and the Carolinas, I'm very excited to be able to open the first PRMG branch office in West Virginia and in my home town of Point Pleasant. I look forward to helping the great people of West Virginia with all their home purchasing and refinance needs,” says Tatterson.
