She and her team will be pivotal in the growth of the PRMG Correspondent Channel. Alicia is a constant leader in her field. Her production speaks for itself, while she continuously reigns as a top producer. More recently she was the only person to hit the Billion Dollar club in 2020, consisting of 50% Non-Del and 50% Delegated Flow business. She proceeded to one-up her own achievement in 2021 with over $2 Billion in funded volume, also 50% Non-Del, 50% Delegated Flow. Alicia is crushing expectations time and time again by pairing her deep relationships and expertise in her craft. She is what one would describe as an industry unicorn.
“PRMG is very excited to have Alicia join our Correspondent Leadership Team. She has a proven track record of success with deeply developed client relationships. She brings an intense focus on next-level customer experience and her strategic vision to help PRMG expand our offering and continue to set company records despite the down shift in the market.” -Jay Boand, Director of Correspondent Lending
“It's very rare that an industry veteran with as solid reputation as Alicia becomes a free agent. One company’s misfortune had dozens of other companies trying to recruit this phenomenal leader. The challenges she has faced and overcome both in business and life are inspiring! We are very fortunate she chose to be part of the PRMG family. Alicia brings even more credibility to both our delegated and non-delegated correspondent channels which is already a thriving top 10 ranked platform. I know I speak on behalf of all women and men who are experienced outside account executives when I say Alicia is a sales professional’s professional.” - Kevin Peranio, Chief Lending Officer
