PRMG Brings a New Edition to South Carolina by Opening a New Retail Branch in Greenville, SC!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its East Coast region by opening their new retail location at 3445 Pelham Rd, Suite D, Greenville, SC 29615.

This newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager Robert W. Tyree, who worked for Q Financial, Anniemac Home Mortgage, and American Equity prior to PRMG, where he gained an extensive 20 years of mortgage experience.

2020 was a year to remember for Robert, with it being his most lucrative, with over $17 million in production, and 70 closing. Early in his career, when he worked for Citibank, much of his clientele, were considered to be very high profile, which landed him the role of affluent retail lending manager.

Over the course of his career, he was able to obtain many opportunities to partner with various  county and city homeownership programs, making 70% of the business he’s closed over the years with first-time homebuyers.

Robert W. Tyree will report directly to, Regional Manager, Ricky Wilson and will have the full support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production, Chris Sorensen.
