PRMG Opens a New Retail Branch in Gainesville, FL!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its Eastern Coast region by opening their new retail location at 4509 NW 23rd Avenue, Ste. 12, Gainesville, FL 32606.

The newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager, Waldemar Cabrera, who has 18 years of extensive experience in the mortgage industry.  He’s previously worked for Union Home Mortgage, FBT Bank, Countrywide Home Loans, and Bank of America.

With a proven track record and producing 20 mil, Waldemar’s has a keen focus on first-time homebuyers. The fact that he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish allows him the competitive edge he needs to stay on top in this business.

“As a veteran mortgage loan officer, I am excited about taking on my first role as branch manager. This new position will allow our team to continue expanding our ability to provide expert guidance to our clients that will positively impact their home ownership journey,” says Waldemar Cabrera.

Waldemar will report directly to, Regional Manager, Charlie Suarez and will have the full support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production, Chris Sorensen.
