Women are Winning at PRMG!

Since PRMG’s inception in 2001, they have always held strong-core values, with one of them being Culture. Initially starting with a staff of three, PRMG now employees a team of over 2,600. They started with one location in the high desert of California and have expanded beyond 230 branches that reach across 48 states.

Did you know that over half of those employed at PRMG are women, a whopping 62% to be exact?! Of those women, more than half of them are minority, women of color, that makes up for 55% of the company population. It is an honor to work for an employer with such a diversified staff, not only by race but also by age.  Some may say that bringing millennials into the fold have brought numerous benefits to the corporate world with their fresh new perspectives, as well as their quick ability to adapt and learn new technologies. Currently millennials sum up about 30% of the company with millennial women largely making up majority of those employees.

When one thinks of corporate America, one common misconception is that it’s a male dominated field. PRMG has definitely debunked that misconception and has continuously proven that women excel in the corporate world. In fact, 47% of women at PRMG hold positions of power, this ranges from branch, regional, and department managers.

The talented women of PRMG are award winners. These women work hard at bringing pride to the PRMG name. These women have repeatedly been named in numerous publications and hold prestigious titles, Scotsman Guide Top Women LO, Housing Wire Women of Influence, and Scotsman Guide Top AE, just to name a few.
