3 Year Reigning Champs, PRMG, Named: Top Workplace of 2020 by the Inland News Group

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is named in the Press Enterprise for a 3rd consecutive year for the Top Workplaces of 2020 award! 

Although 2020 was a trying year for many people and companies, PRMG persevered, making it one of their most successful years in the company’s history, despite the economic climate. They did not let a global pandemic stop them from continuing to make the dream of homeownership a reality.

In an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, LLC the employees were asked a series of questions that measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The survey was open to any and all businesses within the Inland Empire. This year’s participants ranged from school districts to healthcare groups, real estate companies and nonprofits, a water utility and a favorite comfort-food chain. All of them stressed one thing above all: their people. 

There were more than 283 participants overall broken down into three categories based on company size, Top 8 large, Top 10 midsize, and Top 7 small. Only 59 companies made this year’s list including PRMG at 2nd place in the ‘Large’ category, out of 10 submissions.  

“It comes as no surprise that PRMG has earned a place amongst some of the Top Workplaces both locally and throughout the country. From the very beginning, PRMG has focused on adhering to a set of core values and principles that has cultivated a unified culture with their employees over time,” said Paul Lucido, Chief Marketing Officer.

When employees love where they work, it manifests in the quality of what they produce and how willing they are to go the extra mile to get the job done. Being recognized as a Top Workplace because of the great feedback received from employees speaks directly to why PRMG continues to excel and grow in the mortgage space.
