PRMG Expands its Mid-Atlantic region by Opening a New Retail Location in Chesapeake, VA

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its Mid-Atlantic region by opening their new retail location at 828 Greenbrier Parkway, Suite 220, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
The newest location will be managed by Branch Manager, Brian E. Lacey who has 31 successful years in the industry. Prior to PRMG he has worked for previous companies such as Cardinal Financial, iServe Residential Lending, and Spectra Funding.
In December of 1989, Brian started his mortgage career. He prides himself on not being a mortgage salesman and not selling his clients on a product or program, but instead shares his knowledge and experience to help people purchase or refinance, to meet their changing needs. He takes his client's trust and their needs very seriously and makes sure to ask the right questions so to help his clients with the right mortgage that best meets their budget and their requirements.
PRMG is different from most companies, they are not order takers. They are professional Loan Officers who combine great technology with good old-fashioned customer service. Their aim is to help clients with programs down to a 580-credit score. PRMG offers common sense and manual underwriting for FHA & VA financing, for when the automated program comes back less than favorable.

Brian Lacey will report directly to, Regional Manager, Jeff Peveto and will have the full support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production, Chris Sorensen.
