PRMG Named in Orange County Register's Top Workplaces for 2020!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is named in the OC Register's 13th annual publication of Top Workplaces for 2020!

In an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, the employees were asked a series of questions that spoke to their workplace environment: did they feel there were opportunities for advancement, how they felt about their corporate culture, and even flexibility in their work schedule. This survey was open to any and all businesses within Orange County could be public, private, nonprofit, or governmental, as long as they had at least 35 employees they were eligible for nomination and put into categories based on their company size.

When employees love where they work, it manifests in the quality of what they produce and how willing they are to go the extra mile to get the job done. Being recognized as a Top Workplace because of the great feedback received from employees speaks directly to why PRMG continues to excel and grow in the mortgage space.
