The Southwest Region Continues to Expand in Kingwood, TX

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its Southwest region by opening their new retail location at 1521 Green Oak Place, Unit 197, Kingwood, TX 77339.

The newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager, Michael Raymond Durr, who has 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Much of his industry experience, prior to PRMG, was spent at Mortgage Solutions L.P. - Nations Reliable Lending - First Community Credit Union.

His first management position was with Centex Home Equity. With a lot of hard work, he contributed to the growth of a struggling branch, making them one of the top 10 out of 60 Branches Nationwide. At First Community Credit Union, he was voted Rookie Employee of the Year as well as Employee of the Year. In 2019, he doubled his units and volume year over year. The increase was based on receiving excellent coaching and simply applying the strategies that have proven to be reliable for many of the top originators in the United States.
