PRMG Retail Expands its West Coast Region and is Open for Business in Glendora, CA!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its West Coast region by opening their newest location at 1030 E. Route 66, Glendora, CA 91740.
PRMG is honored to have Pat Sepulveda-Garcia as the Branch Manager and thrilled to have her team, who has been by her side for ten years plus, be joining her as well. Pat has worked for such lenders as Countrywide, Finance of America, and First Mortgage Corporation to name a few!
Pat has regularly held the title of Top 250 Loan Officers in America, as well as being recognized as one of the top Latina women in the industry. “Pat is the perfect person to help us with our continued growth and serving families in Southern California and beyond”, said Chris Sorensen, SVP National Retail. Chris continued; “Pat’s love of others and her passion for those she serves shines through from the moment you meet her. Borrowers and referral partners like are blessed to have her.”
Pat Sepulveda had this to say; “It's hard to change companies when it’s busy, but when you know something is missing for your borrowers and Realtors, then you do what is necessary to benefit them. I believe we should always challenge ourselves to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, in order to grow. My goal is to help other professionals succeed by challenging them! My approach is; ‘if I can do this, so can you’!”
Pat will report to and have the support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production; Chris Sorensen.
The new PRMG Glendora location will open with an experienced team who are ready to assist local business partners close their loans on time.
