PRMG is Excited to Announce the Hiring of Alex Del Haro as a Divisional Vice President of Wholesale!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has recently hired Alex Del Haro as a Divisional Vice President of Wholesale.  Alex is a thirty-year trusted industry veteran with an unyielding passion for training and coaching sales professionals.  In this new role, he will be overseeing sales and operations of all production channels in the Santa Ana, CA Fulfillment Center.

Alex will be reporting to Kevin Peranio, Chief Lending Officer.  “Alex Del Haro possesses a rare skill of managing both Ops and Sales in the Wholesale/Correspondent channels.  Bringing Ops and Sales together is the secret sauce in a service model such as ours at PRMG.  Alex has ties with our team going back almost two decades.  Culture means a lot to him so when he says PRMG feels like home we could not have found a better leader to grow our West Coast presence”, said Peranio. 

Alex has made it his ultimate goal to create a positive impact on this industry by supporting local as well as national trade associations.  “I understand the importance of being part of the solution and not the problem”, stated Del Haro.  In addition to attending several events year-round, Del Haro has maintained various leadership positions within CAMB, known today as CAMP.  Alex has held pivotal roles for organizations such as Caliber Home Loans, Pacific Union Financial, SunTrust Mortgage and First Magnus Financial.
