Kevin Peranio, Chief Lending Officer, Recognized for Vanguard Award by HousingWire Magazine!

Congratulations to Kevin Peranio, Chief Lending Officer, on being awarded the HousingWire (HW) Vanguard award for his influences in the housing space! Peranio’s spirit to constantly inspire those around him is one of many reasons why he is so deserving of this award.

The HW Vanguard Award recognizes industry professionals whose leadership is moving markets forward. These honorees are those who have become pioneers in their fields within the housing and mortgage finance industry that are propelling the housing economy and its various sectors. Each Vanguard excels in their respective fields with a wide range of skill sets; but they all share these common traits: the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire their employees.

He has also forged strong relationships with many of the top leading organizations, such as AIME, NAMB, NAHREP and NAMMBA.  Although much of his finding are heavily related to the digital world, he stays true to PRMG’s mantra, progressively better in all that we do and puts a great focus on the human connection that is essential to developing and maintaining relationships in the industry.

Peranio is inspired by Leadership Guru and Columbia University Professor, Simon Sinek’s outlook on infinite leadership versus finite leadership.  His ideals are right in sync with PRMG’s service model Built by Originators for Originators ™. “When people are financially invested, they want a return.
